Magsaysay Awardee Prakash Amte is the son of Magsaysay awardee and legend Baba Amte. runs Lok Biradari Prakalp to provide community services to Poor people in rural Andhra Pradesh, Chhatisgarh and Maharashtra. The project has grown into a hospital, residential school and an orphanage for injured wild animals.
